Affiliate Terms & Conditions

1. Program overview

The PsychicSmile Affiliate Program lets approved partners earn commission by referring new clients to psychicsmile.com. Each affiliate receives a unique referral link (psychicsmile.com/?ref=YOURCODE).

2. Commission

• Affiliates earn 25% commission on each referred client's spending (not top-ups) for the client's first 90 days, counted from the client's first paid reading.
• Commission is calculated from the platform's share. The advisor's 50% share is never affected.
• Free readings (including the free first 3 minutes) earn no commission.
• If a referred session is refunded, the corresponding commission is reversed proportionally.

3. Attribution

• Referral links set a 30-day cookie. If the visitor signs up within 30 days, the referral is permanently attached to their account.
• The first referrer wins — a client can only be attributed to one affiliate.
• Affiliates may not earn commission on their own accounts (self-referrals are blocked).

4. Payouts

• Payouts are processed monthly for the previous month's earnings.
• Minimum payout is $50. Smaller balances roll over to the next month.
• Payouts of $500 or more are subject to manual review before release.
• Payouts are sent by bank transfer. Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment details and for any taxes or fees.

5. Acceptable promotion

• Affiliates must not use spam, misleading claims, or fake reviews to promote PsychicSmile.
• Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship when promoting PsychicSmile (e.g. "I earn a commission on referrals").
• Affiliates must not bid on the "PsychicSmile" trademark in paid search ads without written permission.
• All applications are manually reviewed. The PsychicSmile Team may accept or reject any application at its sole discretion.

6. Termination

The PsychicSmile Team may suspend or terminate any affiliate account for violation of these terms, fraud, or abuse. Unpaid commission from fraudulent activity is forfeited.
