Advisor Agreement

This agreement is between you ("the advisor") and PsychicSmile ("we", "us", "the site", "the platform"). By applying, creating your profile, or going online, you accept everything below.

1. Independent contractor — not an employee

You are an independent contractor, not an employee of PsychicSmile. Nothing in this agreement creates an employment, agency, partnership, or joint-venture relationship. You choose when to go online and offline, you set your own per-minute rate, and you are solely responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and legal obligations in your country of residence. We will not withhold taxes on your behalf.

2. Your readings are your responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content of your readings and their outcomes. What you tell a client in chat — predictions, guidance, interpretations — is yours alone. PsychicSmile provides the platform (chat, billing, profiles) but does not write, review, or approve your readings, and the site is not responsible for any consequence, loss, or mishap arising from your readings. If a client acts on something you said, that responsibility sits with you as the reader who said it, and with the client for their own decisions.

3. What you must never do in readings

• No guaranteed outcomes. Never promise a client that an ex will return, that money will arrive, that an illness will heal, or any other guaranteed result.
• No professional advice. Never present yourself as a doctor, lawyer, therapist, or financial advisor, and never give medical, legal, or financial advice. If a client needs that help, refer them to a qualified professional.
• No fear tactics. Never tell a client they are cursed, that something terrible will happen unless they pay for more time, or use "curse removal" / "energy cleansing" upsells to extract money.
• No manipulation. No pressuring clients to top up, no deliberately stretching sessions, no fake urgency.

Violating any of these is grounds for immediate removal from the platform.

4. Earnings — the 50/50 split

• You keep 50% of every paid minute and every purchased deal minute consumed in your chats. The other 50% covers the platform: payments, hosting, support, and growth.
• The first 3 minutes of every session are free for the client — you are not paid for free minutes.
• Earnings accrue in real time as paid minutes are consumed. Payouts are made to your registered PayPal or bank account per the payout schedule in your dashboard.
• You set your own rate between $0.50 and $30 per minute. You may also send priced deal offers inside the chat; deal terms you write must be honored exactly as written.

5. Identity, testing & approval

• You must verify your identity with a government-issued photo ID before going live. IDs are stored securely, never shown publicly.
• Every advisor passes a live test reading with our assessment team before approval. We accept only a small fraction of applicants.
• You must be 18 or older. You confirm this when you apply.
• Your public profile (name, photo, bio, specialties) must be truthful. Invented credentials, fake experience, or someone else's photo will get you removed permanently.

6. Conduct & professionalism

• Treat every client with respect, warmth, and honesty — including clients whose beliefs differ from yours.
• Keep client information confidential. Never share, publish, or discuss a client's private details outside their session.
• No harassment, hate speech, sexual content involving minors, or illegal activity — ever. Zero tolerance, immediate removal.
• Respond to clients in a timely, professional manner when you are online. Repeated no-shows or abandoned chats may lead to suspension.

7. Your account

Your login is personal — never share it. You are responsible for everything done under your account. If you suspect someone else has accessed it, tell us immediately at support@psychicsmile.com.

8. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or remove your advisor account at any time for violating this agreement, for fraudulent activity, for consistently poor client feedback, or for behavior that harms the platform's trust. You may also leave the platform at any time — accrued, undisputed earnings will still be paid out per the normal schedule.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows: PsychicSmile provides the platform "as is". We are not liable for the content or consequences of your readings, for disputes between you and clients, or for any loss arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the advisor-share earnings you accrued in the 3 months before the claim.

10. Changes

We may update this agreement as the platform grows. We'll post the new version here with a new date and notify advisors by email of significant changes. Continuing to offer readings after a change means you accept it.
